BONSAI CHA RETURNS POLICY
Returns and Exchanges
Bonsai Chai has a 30 day return and exchange policy. After the 30 day period has elapsed, returns or exchanges will not be offered. Returned items must be in their original condition.
Bonsai Cha will only replace defective or damaged items. Exchanged items must be in their original packaging.
Please visit our Contact Us page and include your order reference number and we will provide you with instructions on how to exchange your merchandise.

We stand behind the quality of our products. Try us for 30 days. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with Bonsai Cha, please contact us and we will make it right or offer a refund.
Refunds
Upon receipt of the returned item, the item will be inspected to determine if the item meets our returns criteria. Once inspection is complete, a representative will contact you to notify of acceptance or rejection of the return.
Upon approval, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please allow for adequate time for your refund to be credit to your account. We kindly request that you check your bank account and contact your respective bank and/or credit card company to determine if your refund is in process.
Please kindly note that any shipping, processing, or handling fees related to the order will not be refunded.
In the case of gifts, a gift credit for the value of your return will be issued upon receipt of the returned item. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, we will send a refund to the purchaser of the gift.
Return Shipping
To return your product, please contact us for instructions.
The returns shipping costs are borne by the purchaser are non-refundable. Bonsai Cha will not be responsible for incurring the shipping costs for returning the item.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the return has been processed accordingly with the Bonsai Cha returns policy. It is recommended to obtain a tracking number and/or shipping insurance for higher value items. Bonsai Cha does not guarantee that returned goods will be received.
