Refund & Returns Policy

At Bonsai Cha, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review our updated refund and return terms below.


1.  Returns & Exchanges - Appliances

  • We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy from the date of purchase for Bonsai Cha Chasens (Matcha Makers).

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

  • Return processing may take up to 14 business days from the date we receive your item.

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no cost, provided it is returned in original packaging.


2.  Bulk & Wholesale Orders

All bulk/wholesale orders are FINAL SALE. These purchases are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.


4. Bonsai Cha Chasen Matcha Maker Warranty

  • Covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects only.

  • Not covered: misuse, water/heat damage, or normal wear and tear.

  • If you experience a defect within one year, contact us for support.


5. Refund Process

  • All returned items are inspected upon arrival.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

  • Processing timelines depend on your bank or card provider.

  • Non-refundable: shipping, handling, and processing fees.


6. Gifts (excluding Bulk Matcha)

If the item was purchased as a gift, you may receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


7. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and/or insurance. Bonsai Cha is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
