To be eligible for a return or exchange, the items must be in their original condition, ensuring they remain in their pristine state.
We take utmost care in delivering your products; however, in the rare event of receiving a defective or damaged item, we are more than happy to replace it for you. In such cases, the exchanged items must be in their original packaging.

If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your experience with Bonsai Cha, please reach out to us, and we will promptly address the issue to make it right or provide you with a refund.
Upon receipt of the returned item, the item will be inspected to determine if the item meets our returns criteria. Once inspection is complete, a representative will contact you to notify of acceptance or rejection of the return.
Upon approval, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please allow for adequate time for your refund to be credit to your account. We kindly request that you check your bank account and contact your respective bank and/or credit card company to determine if your refund is in process.
Please kindly note that any shipping, processing, or handling fees related to the order will not be refunded.
In the case of gifts, a gift credit for the value of your return will be issued upon receipt of the returned item. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, we will send a refund to the purchaser of the gift.
