At Bonsai Cha, quality takes time. Every order is prepared with care, and in some cases produced and shipped directly from Japan. Please allow up to 3 weeks for production and delivery.

Standard orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Bulk/wholesale orders or special-grade matcha may require additional production lead time before shipping.

2. Shipping Methods & Lead Times

Standard Retail Orders (Canada & U.S. – UPS):

Usually delivered in 5–7 business days once shipped.

Limited stock held in Canada ships faster at standard UPS rates.

Bulk & Wholesale Orders (DHL Express – Direct from Japan):

Allow up to 3 weeks total (production + transit); during peak periods this timeline may be extended.

Typical DHL delivery is 5–10 business days after dispatch.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours.
