Subscription Services

Enjoy the convenience of regular matcha deliveries with our monthly subscription service. Subscribers benefit from a 10% discount for subscriptions. You can manage your subscription through your Bonsai Cha account.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we are here to help. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible.

Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: If you need to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately at info@bonsaicha.com or (204) 785 1711. We will process your cancellation and issue a full refund. Please note that orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days.
  • After Shipment: If your order has already shipped, please follow our Returns Policy once you receive the item.

Subscription Cancellation

  • Monthly Subscription: You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. To ensure you are not charged for the next month, please cancel at least 7 days before your next billing date.

To cancel your subscription, log in to your Bonsai Cha account, navigate to the 'Subscriptions' section, and follow the cancellation instructions.

Refunds

  • Order Cancellations: Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7 business days to the original method of payment.
  • Subscription Cancellations: If you cancel a subscription, any unshipped orders will be refunded within 7 business days to the original method of payment.
